Scope: To host an event for Vodafone Greece Corporate Customers
Description of event: The event was hosted at the premises of the Yacht Club of Greece and kicked off with product presentations by NOKIA and Vodafone at 16:30. At 18:00, 40 event attendees were escorted to the sports facilities of the club in order to participate in a match racing event held with 2 racing yachts. Racing was done close to the shore so that non-participating attendees get a spectacular view of the racing from the clubhouse while enjoying buffet lunch. After the end of the racing, a price giving ceremony was held. Also, a lottery with a weeks vacations on-board a luxurious catamaran as a prize. The event ended at around 20:00 attracting more than 400 attendees.
Sail+ role: End to end organisation and set up of the event. Branding, regatta set up, catering, etc. Safeguarding of the project.
